astora supports children in Kassel
Christmas donation for the organisation “Spielmobil Rote Rübe”
Kassel. This year astora is once again actively involved in the social sector at Christmas time: this year’s Christmas donation will be handed over to the association “Spielmobil Rote Rübe”, an organisation for mobile work for children and adolescence based in Kassel. “For us it was a heartfelt wish to do something good for the people in the region, particularly the children. In addition, we also want to support the members of staff who have committed their time there on a daily basis,” Andreas Renner, Managing Director of astora explains. astora will donate a total of 5,000 euros to the association.
The association Spielmobil Rote Rübe was founded in 1990. Even at that time it was the association’s declared aim to offer diverse leisure, sport and creative activities for children in less advantaged parts of Kassel – whether through mobile games, mobile participation or mobile construction. With their projects, the educationally trained staff is above all committed to supporting the rights of children and young people to play, free time, health as well as co-determination and participation in public and cultural life.
